What's Included
The Property
- Full use of our 55 acre private property. Our bookings are very exclusive, your wedding will be the only wedding to take place for the entire weekend. There will be no one else on the property while you are here except your family, bridal party, and guests, as well as our team that is assigned to meet your every need and exceed your expectations.
- Use of the property day of the wedding from 9am - 11pm, with guests' departure at 10pm, and vendors & personal items by 11pm.
- Choice of ceremony site, cocktail hour site, and reception site. Everything could be completely under the open sky, or you can utilize the beautiful open-air timber frame pavilion that is currently under construction.
- Complimentary pre-ceremony engagement/bridal portrait shoot. (This is a time that you and your photographer can have access to the property before your wedding weekend for a bridal portrait or engagement photo shoot at a pre-approved time that is coordinated with our venue director.)

Premium 1,200 sq ft bridal suite with hair and makeup lounge. An attendant assigned to you and your bridesmaids for the entire day...

- Assortment of tables, chairs, chargers, glassware, and basic table decor (glass cylinders, votives, table numbers, wood risers, greenery)
- Classic floor-length table linens in your choice of 47 colors (upgrades available at additional cost)
- Choice of Chiavari chairs or cross-back chairs
- Classic floral package: ceremony site florals, bridal bouquet, groom’s boutonniere, 6 bridesmaids bouquets, 6 groomsmen boutonnieres, and greenery for guest tables (upgrades and add-ons available)
- Wedding cake or dessert bar (choice of flavors)

- Premium bar service: Certified and insured bartenders serving beer, wine, and up to 2 signature cocktails during the cocktail hour, then beer and wine during the reception (includes all barware)

- Shuttle service from parking to ceremony and reception areas, and back to parking after the reception
- Use of "Ol Blue" (turquoise blue '63 pickup truck) for send-off from the reception area
